Meet the Founder
Adam Trenk.
Founder and steward of The Last Saddle Maker. Custodian of the revived Genuine Billy Cook workshop.

Adam did not set out to make a film. He set out to keep a workshop running. When the doors of Genuine Billy Cook opened again, the work that walked in the door — and the men and women who did it — made it clear the story was larger than one brand.
The Last Saddle Maker began as a way to document what he was seeing, and grew into a broader commitment: to record the crafts, ranches, and lineages that make up the working West before another shop closes for good.
He splits his time between Arizona, Oklahoma, and the road.
